Researcher Tom Bachman from California, USA, visited our lab

Thomas Bachman has been dealing with high-frequency ventilation and other research topics in mechanical ventilation for many years, publishing many scientific articles. Tom works for SensorMedics, Yorba Linda, CA, USA, and Carefusion, San Diego, CA, USA (http://www.carefusion.com/); he is a principal of ECONOMEDTRX company, etc.

Tom met our team on March 3, 2013; we were discussing our research cooperation in respiratory care. Current advances were addressed and several new research topics were proposed. CLIO2, optimal CDP setting and the “best” lung recruitment techniques were discussed.
